Shirley and Shelley are on the front row obscured by the police officer at the fore-right. You can see Shirley's arms clapping above the police officer. Shelley's outstretched hand is also visible above his shoulder. I can hear them screaming, as can the two volunteers in the teal jackets. (BTW, Shirley and Shelley are standing where the first bomb went off 3 years ago.)
